PERSONAL COUNSEL & GENERAL COUNSEL SERVICES
Personal counsel services for high net worth Chinese speaking individuals and families. Supervise and evaluate outside counsel and co-counsel in sensitive immigration, family law, estate planning, corporate, civil litigation, and criminal defense matters.
Tailored general counsel services for business, day-to-day legal, and compliance issues. Corporate governance matters (entity formation, operating agreements and stockholder agreements, and participation in board meetings and drafting minutes). Contract drafting, review, and negotiation (commercial leases, business purchase sale agreements, and financing agreements). Investment representation for diligence/document review of securities offerings (including review/drafting of documentation and letters of intent).
